Following record interest in the Lark Class National Championships, to be held in Fowey by the Royal Fowey Yacht Club & Fowey Gallants Sailing Club from the 26th to the 29th of July 2026. We are thrilled to see an unprecedented level of interest, with many of you already booking accommodation.
To manage the high demand for borrowed boats and crew pairings, we are launching a pre-entry system. This will provide us with a clear picture of confirmed attendees, allowing us to effectively match sailors with boats and crews well in advance.
How Pre-Entry Works:
- Secure Your Interest: A pre-entry fee of £20 officially registers your intent to participate.
- Boat & Crew Matching: Once pre-entered, we will actively assist you in finding a boat or crew from our list.
- Fully Refundable: The £20 deposit will be deducted from your final entry fee. If you are unable to attend for any reason, it will be fully refunded.
- Your pre-entry will also help our hosts in Fowey to make logistical arrangements, such as reserving adequate space in the council car park. With your support, we can promote what is shaping up to be one of the largest Lark Nationals in recent years!
