Daniel Watson - 23rd April 2010

It's that time of year when the Larks annually descend on the small picturesque village of Rock for one of the biggest weekends on the calendar. Three days of racing out in Polzeath Bay and in the Camel Estuary, one of the most scenic spots in the UK.
Along with 3 days of racing comes three nights of entertainment, with plenty of local establishments, a formal sit down meal, a BYO BBQ on the Sunday evening and a bar well stocked with Doom Bar throughout the weekend.
Accommodation can be found at John Bray Cornish holidays and also a new house at Seamish.
There's also likely to be few spare beds and floor space with others, why not put a message on the Website Forum
Event Details: Saturday: Briefing at 1130, 1st Race at 1300
Sunday: 1st Race at 1100
Monday: 1st Race at 1000
Plan is to have two races per day out in the bay, but will be in the estuary if conditions not suitable.
Entry Fee: 50 for all three days

High water times are:
Saturday 07.48
Sunday 08.30
Monday 09.00
