Club Info

[email protected] is a distinct part of the Royal Yorkshire Yacht Club. Whilst remaining a part of the parent organisation, it runs its own racing programme, open events and regatta from a separate base. Members of the RYYC enjoy the advantages of both a traditional yacht club with its harbourside clubhouse, and a dynamic dinghy racing club on a magnificent beach.

Dinghy sailing is based at Blyth Park, 1.5 miles South of Bridlington harbour, site of the RYYC. Blyth Park itself overlooks Bridlington Bay from low cliffs and a wide and gently sloping beach of firm sand - great for watching, for launching and for the family. We have a dinghy berthing compound, basic changing rooms, showers, canteen and social area. Also, we think, possibly the best beach and sailing area in the country!
